Best Practices Workshop 2025 will be held at Walt Disney World's Swan Hotel in Orlando, Florida - located in the heart of Disney World in Disney's Boardwalk area, in between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood .Studios
Arrivals will be on Monday, April 21, and departures anytime on Thursday, April 24. Room reservations will open early fall.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Please note, this property does not offer complimentary airport transportation.
ACTIVITIES
Meeting and convention groups receive exclusive After 1PM and After 5PM theme park tickets and special discounted multi-day tickets that are not available on-site. The multi-day tickets even include a complimentary bonus visit for an additional Disney experience.
